By using SwiftRU’s services, including its Rutgers course monitoring and notification features, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy outlined below.
You acknowledge that you are permitted to freely use SwiftRU on the condition that you adhere to these terms. SwiftRU reserves the right to revoke access if there is a violation of its terms or any applicable laws.
SwiftRU collects specific data, as described in its Privacy Policy, to enable core features such as course availability tracking, notification delivery, and user preferences.
Intended Age
SwiftRU is not intended for use by individuals under the minimum age specified in applicable legal agreements or regulations.
Affiliation
SwiftRU is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Rutgers University or any of its official entities. All references to Rutgers trademarks are coincidental, and SwiftRU does not claim ownership of any Rutgers assets, trademarks, or intellectual property.
Liability
The SwiftRU team is not liable for misuse of the platform. Users are expected to act responsibly and in accordance with these terms. SwiftRU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with a one-week notice period for users to opt out by discontinuing their use of the service.

- Monitored courses and schedules

- Users may update their stored information via the platform interface. There is no sensitive data stored on the bot.
Temporarily Stored Information
Certain data may be temporarily cached to improve performance. Cached information is regularly cleared and reloaded only when needed.
Removal of Data
